Fall is one of the most beautiful times of year in Wayne County, and we want to see it through your eyes!

We’re excited to bring back the Fall in Love with Wayne County Photo Contest, a community photo campaign celebrating the people, pets, places, and moments that make fall in Wayne County special.

Whether you capture colorful leaves at your favorite Wayne County park, your pet enjoying a crisp fall day, friends and family making memories, or something completely unexpected, we want to see your best fall photos!

The contest is open to Wayne County residents and Wayne County employees.

Contest Dates

The contest runs October 1 through October 31.

Winners will be announced following the close of the contest.

This year, photos may be submitted in the following categories:

  • People
  • Pets
  • Nature
  • Miscellaneous

How to Enter

Share your fall photo on Facebook and:

  • Tag Wayne County
  • Use the hashtag #FallInLoveWC
  • Include your name
  • Include the location where the photo was taken
  • Include the date the photo was taken
  • Make sure the photo was taken within Wayne County

How Winners Are Chosen

Here’s where the community gets involved!

Photos will be featured on the Wayne County Facebook page, where our social media community will help determine the winners.

That means the photos are judged by your fellow community members, not by Wayne County staff.

So once your photo is featured, be sure to share it with your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors and encourage them to show their support!

Contest Rules

To keep the contest fun and fair for everyone:

  • Photos must be taken within Wayne County.
  • Entries must be submitted during the official contest period of October 1 through October 31.
  • Participants must provide their name, photo location, and the date the photo was taken.
  • Photos must be submitted in one of the designated contest categories.
  • Photos should be original photographs submitted by the participant.
  • AI-generated images are not permitted. Entries must be photographs actually taken by the participant using a camera or mobile device.
  • Photos that have been substantially altered or created using generative AI tools may be disqualified.
  • Photos previously submitted or used in a prior Fall in Love with Wayne County Photo Contest are not eligible and will be disqualified.
  • Wayne County maintains records of photographs submitted during previous contests and may review entries to verify eligibility.
  • Duplicate submissions may be disqualified.
  • Participants may not artificially manipulate voting or engagement in an attempt to influence contest results.
  • Photos must be appropriate for a public, community-focused social media page.
  • Wayne County reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that do not follow the contest rules.

2. Four Tiger Den Tickets for the 2027 Season Includes:
  • Admission for four guests to the Tiger Den
  • Parking for one car
3. Four Tiger Den Tickets for the 2027 Season Includes:
  • Admission for four guests to the Tiger Den
  • Parking for one car

*Gift Donated: The recipient of this certificate is entitled to four (4) Tiger Den tickets at Fifth Third Park. Food and Beverages are not included.

This donated gift is subject to change due to Public Health regulations. The specific game day is based on availability and to be mutually negotiated with the donor or representative for the Regular Baseball Season of 2027.
